The baseline survey before and after conducted to identify the students and out of school’s kids and youth behavior before and after attained life skills education in Arusha, Tanzania. The baseline survey before life skills education found out that 61% (n=267) out of (n= 438) of the students and out of schools kids/adolescents and youth who participated in the survey have
consumed drug in six months. However, participants who involved in the baseline survey after attained life skills education revealed that 21.7% (n=64) out of (n=295) have taken psychoactive substances (cannabis, catha edulis, cocaine and heroin). The life skills education facilitated in schools, out of schools, communities and colleges. The life skills education involved 3,727
participants (1,409 male & 2,318 female).
